Enter Scotty (the Body) 💪, the charismatic representative from KC Siding, who strolled into our home like he'd been here a time or two. We sat down to discuss colors, costs, and had a surprisingly engaging chat about family, food, and Scotty’s workout routine—seriously, I thought we were best friends by the end! Who knew siding could be so entertaining? After presenting one of the best quotes we’d seen (and the best guarantee), we decided to roll the dice and go with KC Siding and Windows. And boy, did we hit the jackpot! Sure, I had my fair share of anxiety about disrupting the neighborhood with the impending construction chaos. But owner Chet (you can bet on Chet) and his team were way ahead of me. He sent out lovely cards to our entire neighborhood, giving everyone a heads-up and providing contact info in case they had any issues. Talk about customer service! Throughout the project, they checked in with me every single day. The installers were not just friendly; they were attentive, and great to have around. When we encountered a bit of a language barrier, they pulled out Google Translate faster than I could blink to ensure I didn't wind up trapped in my garage by scaffolding! It was the most delightful conversation I’ve ever had while dodging construction equipment. And let me tell you, these guys weren’t just skilled; they were like robots with big hearts! I am absolutely in love with my windows and the services KC Siding and Windows provided. My house was built in the 70s and the windows were needing to be replaced badly. Chet was very helpful throughout the entire process. They explained the process in detail and answered every question I had. They communicated with me the entire process and once my windows came in, they installed them in under two days. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even showed me multiple options for the trim and helped me choose the one that looked best for my house. Everyone was very punctual and tidy. Being that my house was built in 1970, the slate windows in my basement were difficult at times, but they always had a great attitude and explained what they were doing. They are amazing to work with, have a great work ethic, and really take care of their customers! I will be recommending KC Siding and Windows to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

They went out of their way to assist when we lost final siding due to a nasty storm. The siding was old and it turns out it was completely bare underneath with no waterproofing previously done. They went out of their way to order a hard to find 8 inch vinyl siding And communicated with me the whole time on the status of getting the special order signing in. Worked with me on a very reasonable price. I am appreciative of the communication and the great work! Could definitely do business with again!

Great service! The back of our house's vinyl siding blew off in the wind last month. They moved a project back a few days so they could do our siding first and get it done quickly since it was sort of an emergency to get our back recovered. They also installed a new storm door for us; we talked with Multiple other businesses/contractors and no one but them would touch the door to our patio room since they weren't the ones who installed it. They know how to fix abnormal issues! 5/5.

They did a fantastic job from them coming out to give me an estimate all they way to the to very end. Very great guys to deal with and how every business should be ran. I was always informed ot what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Wow! I am so glad that that we chose K.C. Siding and Windows. We received many estimates from other siding companies, and most say the same things. I am not a fan of pushy salesmen, but Chet was very personable, understanding to our needs and wants, knowledgeable to answer our questions and now a friend. His crew are very skilled craftsmen and hard working. The install went great and my house feels more like a home I am proud of again. I literally keep walking outside around my house to admire the new look. I can't thank K.C. Siding and Windows enough! Chet and his team were everything you look for in a contractor: friendly, responsive, and did great work. They were able to get materials earlier than the other bids we received and replaced all of the siding in a week. A month after the fact we realized that our unique windows that open out are hitting the siding and they are working to resolve the issue.
