Absolutely no doubt this was the best decision to hire Juan & his crew to replace fascia & trims with wood rot, installation of smart board trim to garage including painting areas of garage & wood on brick house. Upon initial inspection, Juan & his son did a thorough walk through with us; took pictures for adding detailed notes in a reasonable cost estimate. Timely follow up after sending the initial estimate & ready to answer any questions. He stayed in touch during the work with pictures, texts & calls with us & the foreman. Final walkthrough in person to ensure we were happy. Amazing crew are skilled craftsman! It was 90+ degrees & windy. They were genuinely enjoying working. Cleaned up each night, worked 3 days. Pro Home Exteriors did a fantastic job on my home in Kansas City. They replaced the old vinyl siding on my chimney with Hardie Board and repaired soffits around the exterior of the house. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. They were upfront about the work, stuck to their schedule, and communicated well throughout the process. Best of all, they went the extra mile by fixing a few additional spots that weren’t part of the original scope—at no extra cost. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality exterior work done by a team that really cares.

We called several companies, including Pro Home Exteriors, for quotes on wood rot repair. At first, we planned to replace the wood but hadn't considered vinyl or aluminum wrapping. Juan Carlos responded quickly and gave us a fair estimate. After comparing options, wrapping made more sense. We decided to also wrap the soffits fascia, windows, and doors. Juan Carlos and the crew were outstanding-polite, hardworking, and kept everything clean. They even painted a hard-to-reach spot near the roof. Juan Carlos coordinated with the roofing company to avoid voiding our warranty. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. We had this work done around August 3rd, 2016, and years later, we're still thrilled with the results. Highly recommend Pro Home Exteriors!

The absolute best professional service ever! I needed some siding repair completed and so happy that I contacted Pro Home Exteriors. The quote was very competitive and the work was perfect! Marvin worked the better part of the day to get everything completed. What I thought was really cool, was that Marvin found something else that needed to be repaired and asked if I minded him doing since he was working in that section of the house anyway. I had an extensive exterior home remodel done and couldn’t be happier with the results! It included replacing siding, wood rot, window wraps, front porch railing and posts, gutters and the conversion of siding to stone in front of the house. In addition, the house was also painted. The total project took 2 weeks to complete. Evaluation - scale 1-5 (low to high) Price value - compared to other bids - 5+ Quality of work - 5 Estimates of work -5 Juan provides and estimate of the work you want done with details of the work to be completed, pictures of the areas to be worked and pictures of the materials to be used. Communication - 5.0 When you hire Juan he partners with you to communicate with both you and his crew in a timely manner. Results - 5 Bottom line Juan wants to be sure you’re happy with the project you hired him to do. If there is an issue he will address it, fix and make it right. I don’t recommend a lot of company’s unless they earn it and they did and then some.

Only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I couldn't give them more! They replaced and painted siding on my home and my barn. They are the best! They got started within a week. They did excellent work with great communication throughout the job. I can't say enough good things about Juan Carlos and his crew!

I'm so glad we hired Juan Carlos! We previously hired a company because of their low bid, and they did a terrible job and didn't finish it. Juan came in with his crew and not only finished the job, but fixed the poor quality work that was done before. All the little details of trimwork and other parts I hadn't even noticed were done. It was obvious they take pride in doing quality work! My general contractor on another part of the project asked me for his card because he'd struggled to find someone to do siding that he liked. I definitely recommend this company!
