I appreciated the solid recommendations they made on my siding, quality instillation, and attention to detail. Juan was on site every day. As I understand it he manages 4 crews so I was impressed he took such personal interest in inspecting work daily. Pro Home Exteriors replaced a good bit of siding and some trim with fiber cement trim which will not rot in the future. He walked all around the house and determined what needed to be done to replace the fascia and soffits and trim repair He was very accommodating and even came up with a plan to use some specialized siding that we wanted for part of the house. Juan Carlos did an excellent job from patiently working with us on a plan for our home?s exterior through completing the full installation of James Hardie siding . I went from ugly vinyl on incorrectly to a home that looks brand new! I chose the Evening Blue color. I absolutely love it!!! exterior lighting, a new garage doors and new gutters. Although we decided to add new windows he provided bids for that work as well. installers were professional and courteous as well as true craftsman who took great pride in their work. The crew arrived on time and worked carefully since I have pets Juan Carlos was attentive and quick to respond to issues that arose (termites, wood rot, etc.) and helped us to resolve them. Juan Carlos was the General Contractor for all of my exterior work - replaced 22 windows siding , gutters our home with DEEP OCEAN pre-colored James Hardie fiber cement plank siding and white trim board. Carlos was extremely helpful as we were deciding on a contractor. He took time, answered our questions and was not afraid to offer opinions regarding our ideas on how to change the house look. PRO HOME is the model of quality craftsmanship and professionalism. They obviously valued quality over getting the job completed in a certain time frame. They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 40 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process ,Yes, it was quite an investment in our house, but we think it was worth every penny. We HIGHLY recommend PRO HOME EXTERIORS !!!!!
