I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

"I called to have someone look at my basement drain backing up. The first person quickly diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the camera needed to look at the line. This was a bit annoying since I was very clear in describing the problem before he came out. However, another guy came out first thing in the morning and did a great job diagnosing the issue and took the time to show me and explain his assessment, along with options. They charge $65 to come out for diagnosis. My total for over an hour of camera work on two lines from inside the house and diagnosing the issue was $326. "Hired them for the outside part of my job. Initial 2 hr window for arrival passed. Called contact number. Was offered later appoint that same day-unable to stay around. Rescheduled within the week for 3-5 pm. Text "on the way" at 4:30 PM. No show at 5:15 pm. Called, told their schedule was 5-7 pm. Showed up about 5:30 pm.
