Best deck maintenance specialists near Ballwin, MO

"Mr. Perine did an excellent job restoring my deck. He took time to address all my concerns regarding both the work to be done at the time and future maintenance. The work was well planned and accomplished in a timely manner. Each day all debris was removed, and I was informed as to when he would return. Both, the customer service and work performed, exceeded my expectations."

"Jablan General Contracting replaced my aging deck. They did an outstanding job. Deck looks great. They also painted the exterior of the house. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price. They finished the job in a very short time. Would highly recommend them."

"They were extremely kind and helpful in working with me as I navigated trying to restore and repair the deck on my parents' house that I had inherited. Not only were they very communicative, but were prompt and showed up when they said they would (which was very appreciative as someone with a busy schedule). The quality of work and professionalism was top tier, and my brother and I are very pleased with the outcome of the project and how our 20+ year old deck now looks relatively new. Costs were upfront and there were no hidden charges or fees upon completion. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for power washing and deck resealing/minor repair, and would definitely use them again for any powerwashing needs."

"Midwest Surface Restoration was absolutely amazing!!! We couldn’t have picked any better company! I sure picked the right one from all the quotes I got! God helped me, thank You 🙏 God!!’ 😇 We even interacted on our cells phones while they were doing the work because we had to leave the house for an appointment. He was sending me before and after pictures which were awesome! We were so happy and so excited when we got home and saw our shining bright White House absolutely unbelievable!!! We would definitely recommend them To everybody!!! They said their motto was that they treat everybody’s house as if it were their own!!! And they sure lived up to their motto and their reputation!!! We can’t give them enough “KUDOS”!!! Sincerely, William & Kate Dame"

"Rodney was very courteous, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining to my wife and I the texture of the stain and different colors of stain for the deck as to how that would blend or contrast with the colors of the house. I highly recommend B.I.C. Pressure Cleaning Specialist."

"Matt and his crew were excellent to work with. They took an older, damaged deck and made it look new again. Went above and beyond the original bid. Even built a custom door to match the deck. Highly recommended."

"I needed them to wash only part of the exterior of my house and leave part of it alone. They accomplished exactly what I needed very efficiently and at a decent cost. Their customer service interface was very effective, too."
