"I own a duplex up a few miles from where we live here. They put windows on both sides. The first side was kind of tricky because there are steps going down and they had to maneuver around the steps. They did great, they did a very good job. So the next time, when they came out to do the other side, I asked for the same guys and they told me they would send them, they didn't, they sent somebody else, but the other guys were just as good."

"Within 10 minutes of entering my project in Anji, I received a call from Cindy. She said she could come over to look at the job the next day (even though it was SUNDAY!). Tim and Cindy showed up right on time, and were able to repair our vinyl siding damage. They were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. "Yes, they did a very professional job. They were persistent to get the mold off my siding, especially bad on the north facing side, where they had to treat it multiple times. They also took the time to find matching siding (not an easy task on a 15 year old house. They did a great job with the fascia that was extremely difficult to reach and replace and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results."

"They also installed new guttering with screening, replaced a rotted post on my front porch and did some repairs on my siding. They did it all in a few days. All crews were hard-working and polite. They cleaned up better than expected. I trusted Mark from the get-go because he was very thorough and has high ethics. I recommend 100%."

"Excellent service and support, and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!"
