" Provider showed up on time and did a satisfactory, but not exemplary, job of routine housecleaning chores that included vacuuming , dusting and general cleaning but omitted cleaning the microwave. The trash cans in both bed rooms ,the living room and especially the kitchen were not emptied. Any basic cleaning service should at the very least include emptying the trash. The scope of the work to be preformed was not discussed prior to her starting. She took two breaks to make cell phone calls totaling about 15 minutes and left 20 minutes early. She told me upon leaving that "she would stay a bit longer but she would be late for her next appointment and she was overbooked" There are much better services available."
