I had used another service several years previously which had not only not trapped any raccoons, but had failed to find the entry points or to repair the damage done when several raccoons fell through my attic soffits. Best Wildlife caught three raccoons, sealed up all entry points, replaced damaged soffits and did everything possible to ensure that my attic will not again be occupied by these unwanted raccoon squatters. "They were to seal the house and rid of mice. They checked the exterior of the house set traps in the attic and promised to return in a week or two. They never came to check the traps. We still have mice there has been no change. Over the next three months I text twice (which showed as read) and an email with no response. They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. but will not respond to my text. They have been paid and we see NO results."
