It went great! We originally decided to work with Lorray because of her estimating process. She offered us low/high options (and had good suggestions in both materials and designs) which allowed us to get a better idea of what we would like in our budget range. Her pricing was the most competitive also. The description of the work to be done was detailed. Lorray was very responsive to our questions, and kept us updated to timelines and next steps. All of the tradespeople that worked on the project were professional, on-time, tidy and courteous. We only had a couple minor adjustments that were taken care of promptly. From "demo to done" took less than a month and we love it!

She was great. We had a tight deadline because I was having surgery and she was able to squeeze it in on very short notice. This is the second time I have hired her. She is very good at listening to her customers and designing storage that works for them. We used her last year for our master bedroom closet with an Angie's List deal.
