"Robert has consistently provided exceptional service.  I first hired him because he was the only one who quickly recognized the unique bricks needed for the repair I requested, and he did such an amazing job with the repair that we did not paint over his work (which makes this the only unpainted brickwork in our home's exterior).  I subsequently hired him to repair the exposed areas of our limestone foundation, which had decayed considerably over the decades.  Again, he did a great job.  After doing this, he suggested some maintenance to my exterior which I would not have even noticed.  I waited a year before having him do it, but now realize how much work needed to be done and appreciate his service.

"Extremely impressed by the service provided. They were kind, respectful and efficient. They cleaned up all of their mess. The men that came out to my home were professional and provided complete perfection in their work. We would highly recommend this company. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"
