The work was done in two days; at multiple points the installer would ask me to come in and look, so he could explain to me what he was doing. The workers were very efficient and polite in answering my questions, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. There were some problems with both the old plumbing and some of the new faucets that we bought as replacements that they solved on the spot. They were very respectful and hard working. I appreciated the detailed list of the cost of all of the work in advance of their visit. They came in a little under the estimate."

"Don used a powered snake to try to unclog the drain and ended up poking a hole in the metal pipe which caused water to leak through my kitchen ceiling. Not an ideal situation, but probably bound to happen at some point as the metal pipes in my house are very old. Don's manager called me to discuss my options. I told him I wanted to replace the entire pipe with a new PVC pipe, not just patch the hole in the metal pipe. I mentioned that I was planning a whole kitchen remodel and he suggested I get the leak patched for now and then replace the pipe with PVC later during my kitchen remodel. I didn't like the idea of paying for a temporary fix and then paying again later to replace the entire pipe, but this was the option the manager encouraged me to go with. I decided to call a different company to finish this job."

"I went from 1970 to 2022. I had red shag carpet that was replaced with new carpet and tile. I had new lighting installed and an entire half bath redone. Added to the remodel was fixing some of the trim and ceiling where there had been water damage. Jason, who was in charge of the scheduling and project was great to work with. He was always communicating at the right frequency and personable to work with. Brent, Ryan, Gino,, the Chad's, and Char were all great to work with.
