The work was done in two days; at multiple points the installer would ask me to come in and look, so he could explain to me what he was doing. The workers were very efficient and polite in answering my questions, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company -- I couldn't be happier with my new shower!"

The first one was StarBath and it was "Ryan". He came over, listened to us, answered our questions, and gave valuable direction and advice that made a lot of sense. He spent over an hour with us. Very knowledgable. The 2nd and 3rd were not very professional. One told us that what we wanted was impossible and we would have to make it "realistic". The other one never provided a proposal, as promised. The last one showed up, seemed rushed, and was very impersonal. We had to repeat ourselves a few times.
