"We have worked with Victor twice now and both times have been fantastic. The first time we hired him, we needed floors done on 2 levels of our house. We had LVP put in and we love our new floors. This most recent time we hired him to do our master bathroom remodel. We tore out our existing shower/flooring/vanity, etc and replaced it all. He did an amazing job on everything! The tiling is incredible and everything turned out beautifully. All of the shower prep work was done properly as well - we had been sending picture updates to a family member in the construction business and he was impressed by the work. Victor's level of communication is what really sets him apart from anyone else we've worked with. He keeps you informed and always replies to texts/emails/calls right away. He also sends out people who are very nice and who respect your home and clean up after themselves. And if any mistakes are made, he is quick to make it right. (We had an issue with our shower door - upon install the glass installer cracked our brand new shower tile. I sent a picture to Victor and within minutes (literally) he had talked to the glass installer, texted me saying he'd replace the broken tile and reinstall the door, and then he showed up about 15 minutes later to see the tile and put together a plan for making it right. And 2 days later it was fixed and re-installed). Our tile installer was Dmitiry - who I also HIGHLY recommend, he does fantastic work!!"

"I initially contacted CK Tile and Stone in May and they said they were swamped as a result of their 'Big Deal' promotion $550 for 40 Sq ft of back splash till end of July (fancy designs, materials, could cost extra). We decided that we'd wait for things slow down for them. Then in July they said they had a cancellation and could fit us in.
We had already purchased our tiles and we took longer to come up with a design for the section above the range while they were on-sitee. We had an additional area at the table next to the pantry that that worked on as well. This was a 2 day effort to let the grout/tile adhesives to dry. They were accommodating to our design ideas and provided ideas of their own.
The overall workmanship and quality looks great! They cleaned up the left over debris and materials. They came back a 3rd day since we requested additional caulking and sealing (for the limestone tiles). We are very satisfied and would love to have them over to do the same when we decide to finish our basement!

"We had 4 companies try to sell us on a whole new bathroom design & remodel. They didn't trust that we knew what we needed. Our bathroom was remodeled 5 yrs ago by professionals & some of shower floor tiles popped up. The Groutsmith came out, knew just what to do. He gave us a quote, we chatted for 20 minutes & he left. My husband & I had the same gut feeling about the man and we now have a nicer looking shower floor than was to begin with. So GLAD to have met the man & the company. So wonderful to deal with ! Sales people of the world, just bc we're 70y.o. doesn't mean we're mentally incapable. Just means we are not able to do what we did when we were 30. My husband totally gutted our bathroom twice including ceramic tiles & new tub in our 45 yrs. here. Hubby even built the bathroom cabinet, frame around mirror & standing toilet cabinet to our needs. "Both projects went very well. They helped me with sugestions on colors and styles of stones. For my bar, I had picked out what I thought was going to be a great piece, but they corrected and advised me not to use it as it was a very pourous stone that could have stained easily. I stopped their several times before making my decisions (as this was a major purchase for me) and they were always really patient and helpful. Pricing was very sililar to chain stores after you figured in installation and they gave me a discount for cash.
Do's : Make sure you checkout their website, but you really need to see the granite/stone up close in person before deciding. Have a general idea of what colors you want before you go there and maybe call ahead of time and have them set out for you to look at. They did this for me whereas other contractors did not have this capability. Check out the selection they have. If you're looking for a very rare or cool and original piece of granite this is the place!
Don'ts : I would recommend knowing a general idea and sq ft size area you're planning before going to the store so you can get a better understanding of what it will cost. Don't spend your $ on a big box store for something like this - use a good local company
I already am thinking of a couple other areas in the house I want to upgrade to granite or marble and I will definately be using Paramount Granite again."
