"They came out to give me a quote on treating 2 trees and possibly trimming one tree. After I got a couple other similar bids I went with Urban. I signed their agreement to begin work to treat 2 trees in mid July. It's August 24th and have not heard a word from them about scheduling my treatments even though verbally they told me they would be out by the first week in August. I checked in early August and was told they were very busy and that someone would be in contact when they could. I have never experienced anything like this and am so disappointed with their lack of communication. I do not want to move forward with them and regret signing their agreement. Do not hire this company."
