"My experience with Performance Floor Coverings was excellent from the first contact to the completion of the work. I needed my 6 year-old carpeting stretched out. It had developed ripples and bulges that were unsightly and potentially dangerous to elderly walkers. Rob and Joe came on a Friday, gave me a very fair estimate and returned the next Tuesday to do the work. They were right on time! They treated my home with care and treated me with respect and humor. The bill was the same as his estimate and the carpet looks terrific. They even cleaned up after their work and vacuumed as well - with their own vacuum. I highly recommend this company for any and all things flooring related."

A part of that agreement included removing carpet and refinishing the stairway from first to second. When the carpet was removed, we were surprised, the stairs needed to be totally rebuilt.
