"It could not have gone any better. Aleksey did A+ work for a reasonable price. This was about 30 square feet of penny-round tiles. I provided all materials. He took the time to talk through the process at the beginning and asked good questions of me. I left to go to work and came back at the end of the day. He explained the cure time and did a wonderful job cleaning up after himself. I will be having him back to manage a whole-bath renovation of a tub and shower.

"Five Star Bath Solutions were able to complete the demo and installation in one day. The employee arrived at 8 AM and walked out of the house at 2 PM on the same day. The employees who helped with our demo and installation were very professional. The employees covered the flooring from our front door all the way to the bathroom, covered all the additional surfaces in the bathroom, and left absolutely no mess behind. The finished product is beautiful! It looks exactly as promised. The tub/shower is very easy to clean. There are specific products that must be used on the surfaces, but they are mainstream, name brand cleaning products that I already had on hand. A simple spray of the cleaner and a wipe with a soft cloth easily removes soap scum and dirt. One thing i wish we would have done before hand is paint because the sealer they use on the tub/shower does not let paint stick to it so we have a couple spots next to the shower that still has the old paint color. Any meeting you have with a sales person will take at least an hour. Our initial sales visit in our home took about 2 and 1/2 hours to get through all the paperwork and for the employee to go through and get measurements and our choices. The follow up visit where they come to make sure everything is correct and ready was short and sweet and professional. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. We had 1 small leak after the demo was complete and we called them and they sent an employee the very next morning bright and early. The employee fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and then proceeded to fix the crack that happened because of the leak. We are very happy with all of the service and products we got from Five Star Bath Solutions. 5 stars is definitely true!"

Mine started out as a kitchen project and when I was talking with them, I decided to do my bathroom as well, the price wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Very friendly and respectful workers, they had my house and garage cleaned up better than I do! They were very flexible with timing and scheduling. In order to show me the sample of the backsplash, he showed up at 0615 so I wouldn't be late for work! That surprised me and was much appreciated. They truly go above and beyond in the process and to help understand the process. The part I truly appreciated is it wasn't just one quote. Modest, middle grade and high end pricing.
