"Where do I begin ! ! OMG I love my new kitchen backsplash ! ! Aleksey could not have been more helpful with this project. He arrived right on time bright and early on Saturday morning. I thought he was just coming to measure, show me samples and schedule installation. NO......He came and measured, then said "let's go shopping" ! ! We went to 3 different stores to check out what was out there as I had no clue what I wanted or should be looking for. Aleksey found what he thought would go with my kitchen cabinet and countertops. Well, he hit a homerun. We returned home and he immediately got to work and was finished in about 4 1/2 hours with everything including clean up ! !
He did a FANTASTIC JOB and I have showed pictures to friends and they just love it as well.
I would hire Aleksey and North Point Services again and highly recommed him to anyone needing kitchen backsplash work done.

"Everyone I was in contact with at Rascher was helpful and courteous. They were very quick to get me an estimate, which was very accurate. The work was done on time, and the plumber (Jason) was friendly. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, which were explained fully with possible solutions laid out. They seem to really put the customer first. Rascher will be my go-to for a plumber."

"They did a great job with this project removed the tub and installed a walk in shower arrived at our house on time and was done in four and a half hours they were reasonable price and also worked with the VA I. Would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in doing this type of work they also removed a toilet and put in a A D A toilet five star rating for this company we are very happy with this company"

"Mad City's installation team was extremely professional and respectful during the replacement of 14 large windows throughout my house. During the summer I had one crank out window jam slightly and they had an excellent representative out to fix my window within a day. Their customer service has been tested again recently with a stress crack in a window due to extreme temperature fluctuations and it was a quick process to get a replacement. I highly recommend Mad City and I have been happy with all my interactions and quality of work from them."
