Shaylee was fantastic! Our mold smell was only present a few hours per day so she did some great detective work to find the mold. In addition, Shaylee was a joy to work with and explained the process completely.

Our experience with Shaylee was excellent and first rate. Shaylee is very knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful throughout the process. We had Shaylee evaluate the air quality in our home including some air sample tests. The entire process was smooth and Shaylee was always very responsive. Shaylee's services were exactly what I was looking for when searching for a professional to help me determine the extent of mold damage to my home and what to do about it. During my initial conversation with her over the phone, it was clear she was very knowledgable and willing to take the extra time to explain things. Shaylee was able to come out to my home within the next few days, and was incredibly thorough, examining both the inside and the outside of the home, testing for moisture and taking air samples in multiple areas inside the home. For peace of mind, we opted to pay extra for additional air samples as well. She received our air sample reports the next day, emailed them to me and also called to review them in detail over the phone. The services and referrals Shaylee provided have put my mind at ease knowing that we are addressing the situation properly. I was very impressed with Shaylee's expertise and commitment to what she does - can't recommend her highly enough!

We had recently purchased our first home and noticed a strong musty oder coming from the basement. I got a couple mold remove companies over to assess our mold situation and provide quotes for removal/remediation. The quotes we got were outrageously high and they couldn't even tell us what our specific problems were! That's when we called Eco Shaylee, LLC. Firstly the response time was amazing! Shaylee came over to test our house the same day we called. She was not only knowledgeable of what type of test we needed, aka take us for all we're worth, but was very informative during the whole process. It is rare to get someone doing inspections who thinks out loud. We got our results the next day and she provided us excellent advice to address our issues. She even recommended trust worthy mold remediation professionals. I cannot say enough about the service we were provided.

Our basement flooded after a sump pump failure while we were on vacation. Shaylee came in to test for mold and discovered it was positive. ServPro came in and cleaned up, as well as did mold remediation. Shaylee came back afterwards to verify the mold had indeed been eradicated. She was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. She explained things in a way that I could understand despite not knowing anything about the testing and mold cleanup process. I highly recommend this company.

We needed the space to be available as soon as possible. I called Shaylee and she was able to accommodate our spore testing the next day. She was there on time and able to efficiently do the testing in four areas and even get our results to us the next day, when the abatement contractor thought it could take up to three days.
