"Profi did an amazing job. I started my tiling project and became too busy at work to finish. This is not your ideal professionals job. Profi still treated me like I was their number 1 customer. They were able to come out and finish the job within a week (On Saturday, even though they were incredibly busy)! I was at work all day when they came. The sight I saw when I got home from work was beautiful. They did such an amazing job, I was so happy to have my kitchen back. I can’t recommend Profi enough. I asked if I could write this review for them because they were so great (not the other way around like usual). If you need tile done, from start or finish, use them! You won’t regret it."

"I had three companies give an estimate for our bath remodel. From the first conversation with Dave, I was convinced on whom to go with. No fast talking pressure sale, no rushed decision making, just a down to earth real person. He didn't try to talk me into a quick cover up-one day job with what looked like a hotel like finished product, it was down to the studs and start over from scratch to make sure it was done right with real tile and high quality fixtures. And get this, His estimate was lower than the other two pushy fast talkers. His crew, and the subcontractors Dave uses for plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry, are all quality, skilled, real people too. After the Bathroom was done, we were so overjoyed with the finished product we asked him to work his magic in the kitchen. He took my design ideas and made them better. We also had him match all the doors on the first floor, and fix a bad window upstairs. I just called him back again to put new windows in the basement. I recommended him to our neighbors, and after seeing what Dave did with our house, they chose Dave for their project too. I trust him, and his advice. We love his work!"

"Five Star Bath Solutions were able to complete the demo and installation in one day. The employee arrived at 8 AM and walked out of the house at 2 PM on the same day. The employees who helped with our demo and installation were very professional. The employees covered the flooring from our front door all the way to the bathroom, covered all the additional surfaces in the bathroom, and left absolutely no mess behind. The finished product is beautiful! It looks exactly as promised. The tub/shower is very easy to clean. There are specific products that must be used on the surfaces, but they are mainstream, name brand cleaning products that I already had on hand. A simple spray of the cleaner and a wipe with a soft cloth easily removes soap scum and dirt. One thing i wish we would have done before hand is paint because the sealer they use on the tub/shower does not let paint stick to it so we have a couple spots next to the shower that still has the old paint color. Any meeting you have with a sales person will take at least an hour. Our initial sales visit in our home took about 2 and 1/2 hours to get through all the paperwork and for the employee to go through and get measurements and our choices. The follow up visit where they come to make sure everything is correct and ready was short and sweet and professional. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. We had 1 small leak after the demo was complete and we called them and they sent an employee the very next morning bright and early. The employee fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and then proceeded to fix the crack that happened because of the leak. We are very happy with all of the service and products we got from Five Star Bath Solutions. 5 stars is definitely true!"

She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work.
