Came out and made the assessment and took a sample for testing. Within a day he was able to let me know it was positive for asbestos and offered removal at a reasonable price. They came on the planned date and did incredible work. Walked me around to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction.

Arrived on time. Quality of work seems fine, though the true test will be time. The price seemed high and the technician struggled to explain/justify the costs. Technician suffered from women-who-ask-questions-annoy-me syndrome. Not a terrible experience, but left a bad taste in my mouth.
