Inspection services include, asbestos, led paint, mold. With each Inspection we collect samples, which are analyzed by an accredited lab. We also provide partial Inspections to help keep your cost down. We look forward to working with you!

Mr. Starry was quick with communication and I was happy with the turn around time from taking samples and getting results for asbestos tiles. He explained his report thoroughly and offered suggestions for next steps.

Jim S. was very patient, and thorough during the inspection . He obtained air samples inside and outside our home. Also "tape lift" samples in our attic were obtained to detect the presence, severity and types of mold present. We couldn't be more satisfied with Jim's attention to detail and his professionalism.

I would have liked to known up front that payment would be expected before the lab analysis results were released. I understand the reasons for the policy and would have thought it respectful to have known sooner. It would not have changed my mind about using the service.
