Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. Michael had new cabinet doors built and stained to match current cabinets and raised the bottom of the cabinet several inches. I don?t think anyone who didn?t know this work was done could even tell.
