Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

Michael had new cabinet doors built and stained to match current cabinets and raised the bottom of the cabinet several inches. I don?t think anyone who didn?t know this work was done could even tell. The crew was fantastic: clean, kind, and respectful in our home. The design process was a bit challenging, and we had to advocate for what we wanted, but the end result reflects our vision. A few communication hiccups caused delays, and some finishing touches needed rework, but everything was resolved. Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and would consider using them again, while also exploring options for smoother service."
