"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. "Joe/Michael helped me design. A 4season Porch off the second floor of my house. Gave me great ideas of which I agreed to most of them! When the project started they were very prompt and showed on time if not early. They are perfectionists that if something doesn't look right it gets corrected immediately (had the subcontracted cement guy re-pour a slab as it wasn't up to their standards). The Inspector even commented on how solid and well built their framing was! Along with their employee Dalton, all three worked wonderfully together to have the project completed as promised. Very happy with their work and all of the suggestions made along the way. Integrity, knowledgeable and hard working is how I would describe this company and would highly recommend them."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Simply put, Trevor and his crew do great decks.
I have to share my 1st attempt on hiring the right guy for this project. It consisted of me getting a couple recommended contractors from others and thought I was good. Instead it was terrible, to the point where we mutually agreed it was best for them to remove the decking and poorly installed addition and walk away. Naturally I cautiously interviewed several more deck builders before deciding on MN Construction.
From the 1st call, Trevor impressed me. He made time out of his busy schedule to stop by or take my calls. He gave me an clear overview, answered questions and concerns from the last guy's work, explained why when asked, left samples, etc. He suggested deferent designs and product over others and why, building my confidence quickly. After we traded a few emails/texts, my decision to go with MN Construction was an easy one.
During the project, with a crew of 3, progress was made quickly. They were efficient, hard working, and asked questions when needed. The results are more than we expected to get because of his recommendations and I know our deck with last longer because of the quality of work/product they used. When I'd point out this or that, boom done, and better than expected. After interviewing several and hiring a couple, it's hard to find guys like this out there. You can bet they will be getting another call from me on other remodel work and I have already passed their name on.
