We love our new deck. It is even nicer than we had expected. The crew was very professional and pleasant, with excellent craftsmanship. They had to work in very unfavorable weather conditions. We hope they are able to do other projects of ours in the future.

Installation was flawless, no pressure to increase the size of the job, fair pricing.

The deck job is finished in good term. MV Builders LLC is not a large company. The owner does the construction work himself. Hence, this company has no overhead and the cost for my deck project is low. He provides good sketch drawing to the city to get the permit. He and his workers install five diamond piers for footing. He also spent extra time to broke off the old concrete footing, so the lot looks better. The quality and workmanship of this deck is good. He and his workers go extra miles to nail the deck board with a 45 degree nail gun, so that the nail heads is not visible. He spent two extra days to get the job done, because of the heavy rain. I recommended his work to my properties investment club of 500 plus members. I heard good comments from two members already.

It went very well.. Mindo did most of the legwork as far as getting the windows ordered and installed. He kept in communication and was able to get it all done very quickly.

We are beyond happy with our experience. MV builders were very professional and responsive. We have already recommended their services and plan to use them again. By far the best experience working with a contractor.

We had a great experience working with Mindo from start to finish. He was super responsible, did excellent work, and finished faster than expected despite a day of rain delay. Highly recommend.

Installed pocket windows for $100 per window (labor only) and did a very good job. Once, we agreed to the job, he measured the windows for a fee that was applied to the installation cost. He charged the fee because he has measured the windows in the past and then people did not follow up with the job or had someone else do the job. I ordered the windows and when they arrived, he met me at the window yard to pick up the windows. Two days later 11 windows were installed for $1100 and $84 dollars for supplies (caulking, foam, etc.). This was window install only and did not include adding new window stop trim around the interior of the new windows which he would do at an additional cost, but I decided to do myself.

Mindo is an excellent communicator and a hard worker. When a code issue set us back, he communicated promptly with a new plan. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done on time and on budget. He even made the deck slightly larger than we anticipated because he had enough materials to do so. He went above and beyond. I would, without hesitation, hire him again for other projects. I'm already thinking of things I can use him for next spring.

The Deck turned out gorgeous! MV Builders used all of our design ideas, was very responsive and payed extreme attention to detail. The permit inspector was even impressed on the excellent framing they did on the new stair case. I would definitely hire this company again!

He built a gorgeous deck in shortest amount of time. My neighbors seen his work and loved and were willing to hire him for other projects.

Started on time finished early, he found the right shower with part # ,so had to go pay and have delivered, as well as other things, which made it Easy

Love the work that was done!! The tile and hardwood floor work is exceptional!! The bedrooms and closets downstairs are air tight, no air or moisture gets through at all. It is hard to believe that was a garage.. Started the project and was very punctual and put in long days until project was finished! Very professional and added some great ideas!! I would highly recommend!!
