"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! "Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

"Flashing repair around the chimney of a very old house with a steep roof. I was very pleased with the work done by American Home Remodeling. Fair price and a crew was available for small projects. Everyone I had contact with either by phone or in person, was professional and easy to work with. My only quibble was a slight bit of confusion while communicating back and forth. The fact that it was on short notice, late in the season and with a few weather issues, everything worked out well!"

"I used Greg at Heinen Garage Construction to take down my old garage and build me a new 26' x 32' garage. The process was kind of long, but he let me know ahead of time that he had a long waiting list, and all of the supply chain issues the world is having these days would be affecting how this progressed. I had a special order garage door, but they kept me posted on its time frame. All of the other work they did was just great. My new driveway is wonderful, as is all the extra space I now have. Greg has come out once, when I had a problem with a service door after construction was complete. He is very conscientious about his work and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. I will definitely recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends."
