I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well! Highly recommend these guys, they are great guys, great communication, 100% trustworthy and I guarantee they will do a great job for you!"
