Extremely disappointed with the price. After asking twice, what the cost would be, I was told 190. The cost was in fact $1,190.00 to replace a toilet. I have replaced a toilet. It’s not that hard. Everything else was excellent. Fast, friendly, and efficient. But I feel that I was misled as far as the cost. For that reason, I think I’m being generous with the 4 star review.

My job was extensive and in two parts. Eric from Service Star came out and explained clearly what the issue was and what he would do and what it would cost. He really knew what he was doing and did it well, so I hired him back for the second and larger part of the job. He finished it in under the estimated time. Everything works perfectly.
