The sink kept leaking and there was silicone sealer on the vanity top. It was hard to get off. He also apparently had placed something on the top that scratched the new surface. When we called him to come back and fix the leak, he seemed distracted and never came. I called again and he came on time. He seemed mystified by why both sinks were leaking and applied silicone sealer to both sinks. The leak continued after he left and we didn't call him back. I put bowls under the sinks until after a few months they stopped leaking.

"Been having problems with garbage disposal and the pipes underneath sink loosened up. Decided that didn't want the disposal anymore. Gave Chris a call and got appointment scheduled. They were prompt and got the work done neatly. Removed the disposal and fixed and replacednecessary piping. Also decided to have them remove two soap dispensers that were not functioning and since then I bought two faucet hole plugs and put those in. Everything is working great. They are really good plumbers."

"Kyle was the first to respond shortly after I requested a quote from several service companies. I talked with him on the phone and explained the problem and he quoted me an approximate cost of $120. I made an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done. He ran a special cutter through the drain line that fed into the main drain under the floor. We then checked the drainage of the kitchen sink, which then drained with a vortex. The blockage was cleared. The charge was exactly what he had quoted, $120. I was happy to have hired Kyle for the job, rather than one of the large companies, after having read their unfavorable reviews, about how they quoted a price and then upon evaluating the job, changed the price. In many instances, they didn't fix the problem and either required a return visit at additional cost or the home owner had to hire someone else, like Kyle to do the job right. I was also happy to hire Kyle, because he is a small business owner and I would rather support a single man operation such as his. I would highly recommend Kyle because of his professionalism and ability to solve the problem. In the future if I need other drain cleaning, I will hire Kyle and will refer others to him. I was very happy with his service and price."
