After purchasing a discount through Angie's list, I received an email from Randy's Electric asking me to call to schedule my appointment. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a crew would be available that same day. I was told who to expect (Brent and his partner), that there was a trip fee, and that I'd be provided with an estimate when Brent was able to identify what work was required.

Brent called about 45 minutes before arriving. He and his partner wore booties (a nice touch) and quickly identified what was necessary to install the GFCI outlet for my new bidet toilet seat. With the discount I received through the offer at Angie's List, I felt the charge was reasonable.

I am very pleased with the results as I wasn't sure it would be possible to install an outlet on that wall.

I'm also very pleased with Brett and Dave. The were both friendly and professional.

"Rob Koehler was name of person who came. Plumber came the day after 1st call at arranged time. Friendly person, acquaintances in common. Quality installed new toilet. We didn’t do any research or competitive bids so don’t know about price but we are happy with the experience & results."
