"Great! They managed to rebuild a bathroom faucet that was a discontinued model but matched other bathroom fixtures, installed a new sink and countertop, and installed a new toilet. "I spoke with Chuck several times over the phone to understand why I shouldn't use a no-salt water softener in Minnetonka, MN and what he recommended. He explained everything very well and provided me with recommendations that fit my needs and my wallet. I was able to research the recommended options before he came out, and then have him install the unit in the first visit - a definite time saver.
