"Shane and Chase at EXCEL came out to survey and repair already existing underdecking that was the ceiling to our sunroom under our outdoor deck that was initially installed by another contractor earlier on and it was leaking like crazy. EXCEL completely re-did it did it right, and greatly improved the quality and the asthetic feature overall. They remained to finish every last detail , cleaning up the area around it in our back yard when they were finished and taking great care as if it was thier own property.
