Fast efficient would do work with company again

Great! He responded quickly to our inquiry and was on time for the appointment we set up. He was able to repair the dryer during that appointment and the cost was very reasonable. When we had called the manufacturer, we were told that the appliance was obsolete and couldn't be fixed. I would definitely recommend Jeff's Appliance Repair.

We had Jeff come out to help with our furnace issue. He was the first to respond via Angie’s list. Unfortunately he was not forthcoming about not being a furnace guy. He quoted me $150 to come out, and then charged my husband $350. He was in our home for 20 minutes, and reset the thermostat. The issue persisted and I called to ask what the $350 charge was for. He explained the thermostat settings were off. We proceeded to call CenterPoint for an emergency visit, and then had a licensed HVAC technician come out to service the furnace. Turned out it was a dirty sensor that we could have fixed ourselves, had we known. Unfortunately, our experience was that Jeff is incapable and scammed us. Glad to hear others had more positive experiences, but we will not be using his services again.

After a thorough diagnosis, we determined that the smartest move was to not repair, but rather, to replace the LG refrigerator. It was a difficult decision because the fridge was only 5 years old, but made easier when Jeff confirmed my suspicion that a repair might mean spending more money in the long run, because it would be a repair, and then on top of that, replacement, in essence, spending the money twice. Better to eat the loss now, and start over with a top-quality fridge that has a much better service record. Thanks, Jeff, for helping me get to the bottom line!

The fix was temporary, and required a second visit. The problem is still persisting after the second visit, and I don't feel confident that the work can be completed with this person because he did not seem to be able to hear the ear-piercing squeal that the appliance was making, so I don't believe he was addressing the issue.

Jeff called to schedule service appointment within 3 minutes of me hitting the "enter" button on Angi, He was upfront with the service call fee, and explained over the phone that our clothes washer may be too old to get parts for. He came to look at it the next day, and showed up at the exact time that was agreed upon. He Confirmed that parts that were unavailable, but machine would need to be replaced if it had more things wrong with it. He was very honest, and we will contact him next time we need an appliance repair. We were so impressed with his quick and on-time appointment.

Spoke to him on Sunday and he was able to come to fix my dryer on Monday. Was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes.

Jeff responded to my request in minutes on a Sunday. He arrived at my house on Monday morning to take a look. It was a quick, friendly, and professional visit.

Jeff was awesome. He reached out right away and was at my home within an hour to diagnose two appliance issues. While my appliances were too far gone to warrant repairs he provided some very helpful information. I would highly recommend and will be using in the future.
