They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

Greg was highly responsive to questions during the installation. Since the steps needed a railing, Greg referred us to an ornamental ironworks firm that supplied and installed it. I have no reservations in recommending Crosstown."

However, he has experience removing pools so he could directly transfer that knowledge and experience. He was very involved in the planning and design of the project making us feel important and empowered. He even corresponded with us remotely while we were out on vacation to finalize the design of the concrete sidewalk layout and plan sending us pictures realtime.
