"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. The communication with Jeff and Danny throughout has been excellent. The quality of the work delivered has also been excellent. Especially want to call out the siding crew - very friendly, professional, and quite obvious they take pride in their work. The next time I need a roof, siding, windows, etc., I'm absolutely calling CSW!!!"

"From start to finish working with Twin Cities Siding Professionals was awesome! They really made the process easy which we greatly appreciated. I was impressed by the cleanup around the yard every day, the responsiveness and willingness to answer any and all questions. "Eagle siding was perfect all the way around. Our home was built in 1972 and the original siding was shot. We went with new LP siding, a new roof, one new window, two sliding doors, and gutters. It was a major project, but totally worth it in the end. Brandon, and Rick contacted us and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were very flexible with our needs and requests, even when we made some changes with custom colors and shingles. The crews were all very professional, respectful, clean, and timely. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. Now, for the actual removal of the old wood and installation of the new siding...I may have to write another "review" when that actually happens...(to be continued!)."

The job took only two days and the workers led by their foreman Edgar, did an excellent job on both the roof and some siding that needed replacement as well. Cleanup was perfect. "Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"River Valley and there crews(Anthony, Nate, Jason, Dayne, Matt, Cole, Paul, Robert, and Billy) did a great job. Their installers were respectful, friendly, and hard working. Work was done in a timely manner and done very well. Working on an old house brought some challenges which were addressed effectively."
