"Work good, but went thru a bunch of BS getting it done. Had 2 sides of garage re-sided & new gutters installed - not a big job. Had to be home 3 times after the 1st measurement for them to come re-measure then NO advance notice of when the job was to be done. Came home to find supplies in driveway & message on home phone they would start the next day. This was WEEKS before the start date we were told & we hadn't cleared out the garage yet. We also weren't going to be home the next day so had to call & postpone installation since we had to clean out the garage that night & someone needed to be home to lock our 3 dogs in the house (one that bites) and unlock the gate so the guys could get to the job. The guys who did the actual work were great and the finished project fine, so you decide if you want to use this firm or not. And one more thing - they hired a perfect salesman (I've worked with salesmen for over 40 years) & he pulled the old "let me get my manager on the phone" routine when I balked at the quoted price, and his manager instantly dropped the price $2,000 to what it should have been in the first place. Again, this was my experience so you decide if you want to hire them or not. Also, both the siding and the gutters were sub-contracted out which is fine, but DaBella themselves didn't do the work."

"Zak, the sales person does an awesome job explaining and showing the products they offer. They were upfront about any possible delay in getting the project started due to the horrible hail damage that occurred at the same time when the windows for our home arrived in the warehouse. Communication is ok for the most part, could be better. I found myself having to take more initiatives to call for an update. They have been responsive to my calls and any new concerns i have after the project was completed. My biggest issues was, I was told our project will only take roughly a week to complete (windows, sidings, and front door) as weather permits, but it took over 2 weeks and a couple extra days to complete. The contractor that came out was a two men team. They were great, and really took their time to make sure the project was completed smoothly and with quality, but it took way longer than we had want it to. And then once it was done, the dumpster stayed for another few days, and we never knew when they were going to come and pick it up."

They were very responsive, whenever I had questions, and made sure all the work was completed according to my home owner insurance company's schedule. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, the new shingles look great, and the leaf guards are a much needed addition. "All went well with the roofing and I would give an A rating for the roof. C or B rating for siding. It looks good but the sub-contractor used didn't pay much attention to detail and was a know it all so Walker had to have him come back a few times and fix things. Each time siding guy came back he only did a few of the things I had mentioned but didn't complete all. Eventually Walker finished all. I would hire again especially for the roof but would ask for a different sub-contractor for the siding. Gutters work turned out good. The Salesman and Job Foreman were excellent to work with. In this day and age its hard to find a good price, quality, and reliability all in one company and Walker did as good as any other company would have I believe and I have had experience with other companies and also being in the trades myself."
