"Our house had 30 year old siding that needed to be torn off and replaced along with soffit and fascia. We solicited bids from 8 companies. Wright At Home was the 2nd lowest bid. We chose them not just due to price but felt the quality and service would be very good. We were not disappointed! The attention to details from the initial meeting through the entire project was great. The quality of the work, again, great. The team was onsite working when we were told they would be here. The project was professionally run, finished on time as were told and they even cleaned up after themselves. The installation crew, equally as great. "Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."
