Gene, John, and Marc have been lifesavers! Our SE Como House is over 100 years old, so our plumbing can sometimes be a challenge and PIPERIGHT Plumbing always comes up with a comprehensive fix and has vastly improved and updated our faucets, toilet, and during Covid, they did a terrific job installing our new dishwasher. Thursday, November 14, 2024 we faced a suddenly, broken toilet, with water leaking across the floor and into the basement. At 8am, I called in 'a favor' since they had installed our dishwasher, and somehow they were able to get John Tomas out within 2 hours and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. What I didn't realize was that they weren't doing me a favor coming out in less than 2 hours, they recognized a leaking toilet to be a priority, and acted quickly. Not knowing the actual issue until arriving, some parts were needed so while he was here John realized our bathroom faucet cartridge was shot, so he offered to fix both the faucet and the toilet after getting the necessary parts. I'm not very handy so having PipeRight Plumbing (now on speed-dial) was extremely helpful. Marc, Gene, and John are extremely professional and respectful of our time and property. Excellent. Prompt, honest, reliable. This company was recommended by a contractor who uses them as a sub on projects. When my parents purchased a home during the pandemic there were several minor and major plumbing problems found on inspection. Gene at Piperight got there quick and took care of it all and they work great. Also came in for simple jobs like getting some spray foam in a frozen kitchen sink cabinet that bad winter of 2020. Gene is very responsive and recently came in quickly to change out the kitchen sink faucet and inspect our water heater. A different water heater service company claimed that the chimney was blocked and sent me to a chimney flue cleaning company. Instead, Gene got up on the roof, put a tape measure all the way down and looked in there. No blockage. Since then a chimney sweep camera inspection confirmed the same conclusion. Saved us from making a wrong decision. We are awaiting a bid from him on a new water heater but he saved us from a big panic decision.

Setting up the appointment was easy. My initial contact was with Paul, and he was the only plumber that actually gave me quote. I had 3 other plumbers come out, but never heard back from them on what the actual cost was. They gave me ballparks and Paul came in under by a significant amount. Jonny showed up on time, and he was through, very clean, and he did great job. They got the job completed quickly. We will definitely hire again for future plumbing needs! I was ready to pay that day, but they sent me an invoice a few days later and I was able to pay online which was very convenient and easy. I wish all places did that!

This plumber showed up on time, did what he said he would do and charged what he said he would.  A great experience and we would definitely us this company again.

The contractor did the work in our previous house as part of our promise to the buyer at closing.  Therefore we do not know the quality of the work, but the reason for the D under "Professionalism" is a discrepancy in the original estimate and what we ended up paying.  That is, the original estimate indicated that "all labor" was included in the price, however in the final bill we received, there were new charges to haul away concrete.  When we questioned these new charges with the buyer's representative, we were threatened with arbitration if we did not make the payment by the due date, which was in 1-2 days since we had received the bill 10 days after it was prepared.  So we made the payment.  In summary, our issue was new charges that were not there in the original estimate and an immediate request for payment when the bill was sent to us very late.

I was pleased with the experience. Paul came out and completed the job in one day. He did a good job of installing the insert and plumbing it appropriately. He had all the materials he needed and did a good job cleaning up after he was done.

They were prompt and professional.  They did a nice job at a reasonable price.

He is helpful.  There might have been mis-communication but he did not finish two parts. I had to call another plumber in. He was suppose to finish the job in two days but it took over a week.  His response was always late.  Overall the experience was ok.  He was suppose to replace with a new toilet but did not.

I got Paul's name from one of my co workers who has used Piperight multiple times. After meeting with Paul, we put me at ease, seemed very knowledgable about everythign I needed done, and was very pleasnt & professional. He quickly fit me into his schedule, and worked with the city to get the necessary permits. I purchased a house with an old toilet in the basement that needed to have the vent piping disassembled, primed, and re-glued. Upon calling the city Paul learned that the city wanted me to rip out the concrete basement floor to replace all of the plumbing. He worked with the city inspector to have them both at my house and we were able to work to a solution that did not include me ripping out the floor (thanks Paul!).
The rest of the projects were done within a couple of hours and Paul and his helper were very throughough and professional. Billing was easy with Piperight emailing a bill to me for payment at my convenience.
About a month later, after purchasing new kitchen appliances and coutertops, I learned I needed a permit to hook up the sink & dishwasher. No questions, I called Paul back out. Again, he was able to fit me into his schedule (2 days later!) and got the work done quickly.
I will definately be calling Paul and Piperight Plumbing again in the future. Very enjoyable and easy to work with.

Piperight Plumbing has taken care of our plumbing needs in our past and we thought that they went above what we expected in the past so we stuck with them. They do a great job and offer competitive prices.

The owner and the crew had come out. They ended up flooding our bathroom and kitchen while performing the work. However, they have always been responsive. We can always trust them to do a good job usually. We had once used them for a remodeling and they had done a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very happy with the work done. Gene was very nice and professional, as were his assistants.

John and his crew replaced our whole stack and vents throughout the house, moved our toilet drain/vent and bathroom sink/vent. They also prepped us for a bathroom upstairs by putting in a toilet drain/vent and drain/vent for a sink as well. All done in a day and very professional.

They did a good job. Everything got done right. It has been a year since they completed the work and everything still looks good.

Great - very nice guy and very experienced. He shared that he used to be the master plumber who trained others on upgrading old plumbing systems in our neighborhood.

John and his assistant, Kay, are great. They are really nice John identified the problem and explained it to me well. This job required having to cut our ceiling in the lower level bathroom to get to the pipes. They also cleaned up very well after their job was finished. I would definitely hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing work. Their prices are very reasonable too. I called other plumbers before finding Piperight. I felt like the other plumbers charged high fees just for the service call, and when they came over to my house, they acted like they were doing me a favor and that I was wasting their time. I am very glad that I found Piperight. They are very professional and did a fantastic job.

THIS WAS A RUSH JOB JUST PRIOR TO PUTTING THE HOUSE ON THE MARKET AND GENE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THE WORK PASSED CITY INSPECTION AND THE PATCH JOB WAS WELL DONE.

THE OWNER GENE HIMSELF ANSWERS THE PHONE, HE IS QUICK IN RETURNING THE CALL. I LIKE HIM.
