CD Remodeling

I entrusted Curt to install 2 antique chandeliers in my home. He took down the old fixtures and rewired the ceiling to hang the new (old) fixtures. Despite some glitches with the old wiring, he figured out how to make it all work and even took extra time to position them so that they would hang with their best sides showing when you enter the room! We were impressed with his quick response to our phone calls for other projects and with his creativity. He really listened to what our ideas were for our basement bathroom and then offered his own to improve or to make our desires feasible. We will definitely use CD Remodeling again as new projects arise in our home. He was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced!

Curt returned my call right away, we arranged a start date and he arrived when he said he would! He was sensitive to our various project deadlines so that we could get our business opened on time! He completed professional and quality work and with so much activity happening in our space, we appreciated that he cleaned up the work sight when he was finished. Something we noticed other contractors did not necessarily do. Finally, there were no hidden costs when we received the invoice. We will call him again for other projects as our business expands!

The job could not have gone better, and Curt was integral to the project's success. Curt started working with me during demolition and provided advice on the demolition process itself, as well as items to fix once the walls were down. Curt then stayed on as a general contractor, helped me frame out and eliminate an exterior door, and framed and installed two new windows. Curt then completed all of the drywall mudding and finishing while I was traveling for work. After the cabinets were installed, Curt helped me install light fixtures, helped me plumb in my new sink, and helped me reinstall all my appliances. Curt also helped me complete finish carpentry in the room, including the installation of wainscoting along two walls. Curt and I worked seamlessly together, and he was equally helpful as a handyman for the jobs I could not do, and as an advisor and force multiplier for jobs that I took on myself. The quality of Curt's work is faultless. He takes him time, does the job right, and points out opportunities to both and quot;do it right while we're in thereand quot; and to save a few dollars when things aren't strictly necessary. He has the right skills and experience, does great work, and I could not be more pleased with how things turned out. I will definitely call Curt again in the future.
