"I have worked with countless contractors over the years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I called and scheduled a specific service, was quoted an amount of $438 and gave my credit card to pay for: main line maintenance cleaning and a camera inspection following it. I was acting as a realtor to sell my clients home, and my husband as their general contractor. We needed to determine that the line to the street didnt have a major blockage, since a scope of the line had been done in the home inspection and showed something blocking it. I explained all this on the phone. When they arrived they started a camera inspection - the wrong service right off the bat. The homeowner was there and explained they had to clear the line before scoping it as scope had already been done. They told the homeowner they had to do a hydro jet cleaning and told him he had to sign for work to continue. He openly told him he didnt know what that meant but said ok if it was the cleaning I had scheduled (I had agreed to cover the cost to get the sale to go through.) They never explained to him this was a completely different and extremely expensive service that was not needed to ensure there wasn't a blockage. Gopher sewer added on and performed this additional service that cost over $900 on top of the $438. I was not contacted to authorize or discuss any additional charges, and then they billed me for more than 3 times the amount I agreed to- for a total of $1358. I attempted to resolve this in an amicable way via text, phone call (was yelled at and hung up on by owner Pedro) and email. The tech then called me and was very nice and calm on the phone and said he'd work on a "deeper discount." I never heard back from them after that. I kept attempting to contact their office with no reply. They then contacted an attorney to try collect their "debt" and are threatening me with a defamation lawsuit for posting negative reviews. I'm disputing this additional debt and paid the amount I agreed to of $438. It sounds like the owner has a history of aggressive and volatile behavior. I would not work with them, or get your work scope agreement in writing so they can't attempt to charge you extra."

"Horrible service I’ve had to pay them twice to come drain our pipelines and they think they’re slick they only drain the sink pipelines therefore it only stops the drain until it gets filled up again the main pipeline is the one that needs to get drained but no they don’t want to drain that one because it’s better for them for us to keep paying 120$ instead of a one time job that drains the main one so all the water can flow evenly. I hired an attorney because the water is so bad it leads to the bathroom sink causing it to overflow to the floor. The dishes can’t be washed because the water doesn’t go down. We can’t wash our hands in the bathroom because it’s full of water from the kitchen sink. The water overflowing to the floor well when I called they were supposed to call us back and never did I gave them a benefit of a doubt and thought they were too busy. Until they never called back, I called back the next day since I never got a call back all the receptionist said was the owner was in an emergency and couldn’t call back, well if we can’t wash our dishes and the bathroom sink overflowing this is most definitely considered an emergency. Since it’s all one pipeline we can’t even do our laundry. They don’t care they only act like they do okay one time they didn’t charge us but it’s not about the charge it’s about doing a good job not being slick about it and only draining the sinks. The main pipeline needs to get drained like I said. They prefer to have us keep paying them I only write reviews whenever I’m upset and this is insane the water has caused our toilet papers to get wet and we have to throw them away this happened twice ! The water that fills up the bathroom sink is the water from the kitchen sink therefore it’s nasty and smelly. I have reported them to the better business bureau and will take the legal route no matter if I have to pay more they also once told me our pipelines are too thin I talked to the next door neighbor about it and he said he’s pipelines are the same size as ours so again they’re only trying to make money off us. I called them today and they said they will only charge me a portion of their 250$ fee to drain the main pipeline why should I pay yet again for a job that was supposed to be done it’s like you going to get your vehicle fixed only to them charge you for something that had nothing to do with what was wrong this is such a horrible company that can’t take responsibility for a bad job I will keep Yelp posted once I have this situation solved. I forgot to mention my attorney asked for the two receipts he never received them when i talked to the receptionist she told me she sent the email to a different email which was a lie she sent it the next day in the evening and she sent the receipt the time they didn’t charge me not the two receipts I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend them to clean my windshield they only play mind tricks the receptionist told me the owner lke will call me later on in the evening to discuss pricing for the main pipeline to be drained I waited for the call never got it. So basically they want to come in the morning do the right job and charge me so I’m obligated to pay them again"
