Excellent work. Steve cleaned out my line, then had to pick up equipment to clear the association mainline. He returned the same night and got it all done. Very helpful and courteous.

I'd used Top Notch before at the recommendation of my plumber, and they were extremely helpful and professional in an unusual circumstance (they were cleaning out our pipe during a remodel and didn't have a floor to work on), so I had no qualms about contacting them again for a routine main drain cleaning. This time things went off the rails. Our laundry and kitchen drains were draining slowly, and the floor drain was occasionally backing up. We contacted them to clean it out, which we'd had done previously. The technician wasn't able to clear the block, and said that likely the drain was broken. He camera inspected the sewer drain to the street, with a thought that a clog there might have been causing the issue. It was draining fine but with some root intrusion, which he cleaned out, then returned to the drain at hand, which was still not draining. He concluded it was broken, and told me to contact our plumber. I asked if our plumber would be able to locate where in the floor they'd need to open up, he said he didn't have his equipment to do so with him, but they work regularly with our plumber, and our plumber would be able to do it. The cost for the visit was around $500. I contacted our plumber, who said indeed they would need the drain cleaner to locate the break, and that they'd have expected them to do that while they were already there. After some back and forth with the project manager at our plumbing company, Top Notch called me to set up a camera locate, for which they planned to charge me full price, and couldn't come until 3 hours after our plumber was scheduled to arrive. They offered to do an after hours locate for 50% more than the normal rate. I called around and found a different drain cleaning company (McDonough's Drain Cleaning) who was able to make it at the time the plumbers would arrive. The technician from McDonough's arrived in a timely fashion, and cleared the clog in the drain, rendering our laundry and kitchen drains usable. He located the break in the drain for our plumbers, who were able to get going. Summary: Top Notch didn't bring the equipment that they needed to complete the job, and tried to charge me a full visit fee again to come back with that equipment. And they rendered our drains unusable *for no reason*. I will not be using them again.

Steve worked it out very quickly without a problem. Explaining to me how things are going along the way. Very considerate in cleaning up the work site. Very pleased with the service quality.

They cleared out the clogged basement floor drain quickly, and were very responsive. Great experience!

The technician called and informed me when he would arrive and showed up on time. He wore covers on his shoes and diagnosed the issue and snaked out the drain. In less than an hour the issue was solved water was properly draining.

This went very smoothly, they came out on a Friday night and cleared the drain enough for the drain to work, and recommended we set an appointment during regular hours to finish the job.

Excellent! We contacted our regular plumber for this service but he was unavailable for two weeks. He referred us to Top Notch. The dispatch person got back to us right away in the morning and we set up a time for afternoon service. The technician (Cheng) was friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He completed the job neatly and in twenty minutes. I would definitely use this company again!

Problem was due to several "baby wipes" temporarily plugging the drain.Very efficient and spotted problem which had already resolved. Price of $145 was same as one other and lower than the $195 & $210 I was quoted by tow others. Only issue was the gentleman who came was not ware "booties" and not careful avoiding tracking contaminated areas into non-contaminated areas.

Andy arrived within the 2 hour window and called about 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He performed a quick assessment and began snaking the pipes. Within 30 minutes both sinks were unclogged and I was back in business. He cleaned up after the job was done as well. I will not hesitate to call Top Notch back! Very happy with the work done and I feel the fees were very reasonable.

Zack came out very quickly and set up the drain auger. He answered all of our questions about what he was doing explaining every step, routine maintenance and prevention, and about whether or not the previous owners would have seen this or not. The most honest thing he did was clear the drain enough to get us to Monday so we would not have to continue paying weekend rates to clear the sewer out to street saving us a lot of money. I feel many companies would have continued to charge us double time for the whole job. I will be hiring them for my yearly drain maintenance and any other emergency sewer needs that may come up in the future. I highly recommend this company for their efficiency, professionalism, and honesty.

The technician said he would be there between an hour to an hour and a half depending on how his next appointment went. I explained that I had no use of water until the main is cleared. He arrived, ready to go in just over 30 minutes. Very professional.

Zach from their office arrived around 45 minutes after I called and checked the drain, then brought in a power auger to clear the blockage. Took about a hour, but it was cleared completely. He then cleaned the area around the drain before leaving. I was pleased with the quickness of response and getting the problem taken care of. Well done.

Called Top Notch Sewer &Drain at 8:30 am and Zac came out to the house at 11:45 am. In 40 minutes, he unclogged the blockage that was much deeper down in the pipe that runs along the outside wall of our home. The process is messy but Zac assured me that he would clean up everything and he did with clean towels. What impressed me the most was his knowledge; Zac explained the items that can cause a clog, what not to throw down a disposal unit and how to prevent future issues with our disposal and sink drain. I inquired about another sink that drained slow; Zac took the time to explain why we were having this issue and why it did not make sense to spend extra money. The problem had to do with venting that related to how water drains. Zac was professional, friendly, got right to work and as mentioned, knowledgeable. I will definitely use Top Notch again and ask for Zac.

Arrived promptly. Very professional. Cleaned up after himself. The drain was clear within an hour . No stalling around but got right to business. Friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be calling Top Notch for all my future plumbing problems. Very happy with the service and the cost was reasonable.

Called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning at 8:15am. The service took under an hour. Very professional and so far, it's worked!

They were respectful and clean. They explained what the were doing and how we prevent it from happening again. They had after hours emergency service that is about $100 more per hour.

This is the second time I've used Top Notch Sewer & Drain Cleaning Inc. and highly recommend them if you have a clog.
In this case my kitchen sink backed up over the weekend.  I spent a couple of hours attempting to clear the clog, including snaking the drain out 25 feet.  Nothing worked, time to cal in the professionals.
Andy ran a 1 1/4" blade 50 feet two time hitting sludgy build up throughout, a clear indicator that I never had a chance.  During the course of the visit we discussed preventive maintenance.  Andy said that since I haven't owned the house very long he couldn't recommend a maintenance routine until we knew how often we have issue as this may be a once in a decade occurrence.
In the future I will not hesitate in calling Top Notch Sewer & Drain Cleaning Inc. to clear my clogs.
