"I had roots in the drain pipe along with a crack in the pipe under my deck. First visit they cleared the pipe of roots and the second visit installed a sleeve through the pipe to prevent future problems. "Ben was amazing. He called ahead of arriving and arrived on time. He always put booties on his shoes to ensure he didn't track in the house. Alwqys had drop cloths down to minimize cleanup and did an amazing job cleaning up after himself when he was done. For example, if it’s caused by an excess of toilet paper, letting it sit could result in the clog dissolving and you may be able to simply flush it away by the time you wake up. 

Only let it sit though if you have more than one toilet in the home.
