The morning of the appointment they called and asked if I would like a plumber to come out that way the work could be done the same day if I went with the quote. The plumber, Howard, checked the spigot and shut off valve, and removed the hose that was stuck on the spigot. He was very honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. For that reason alone I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues. He gave me an estimate for the spigot and one for the shut off valve that seemed standard, in case I need to replace it in the future. They were very responsive as a business and honest, so I will use them in the future."

"Fast and efficient. They sent someone out the next day and I know they were very busy. After he left I thought I found another drain in the floor. He came back but but I was mistaken. He just laughed and said it was fine. He wanted to ensue they got to everything. They could not have been more accommodating!"

"I called contractor to get estimates for needed plumbing. Arrived a few minutes late but I received a call prior to arrival that would be late. After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover. He completed the work and cleaned up work area. I was very satisfied with the work and Chuck was very helpful and professional.
