"Dave came out check a leaky outside hose spigot - he tried low cost fixes like new washers / pads first, but in the end we needed a new winter-weather spigot.   He also took a look at both of our master bath sinks which weren't draining, and prescribed some enzymatic cleaner and suggested we use it twice a year around the time we set the clocks back - he said this would keep them running smoothly and it's safer than acidic drain cleaners.   Appreciated his taking the time to help us understand what he was doing and that he tried to give us the low cost solution first."
