Get matched with top subcontractors in Maple Plain, MN

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Working with Higgins Construction was a great experience for our family. If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed. Our project consisted of the following: Roof, chimney rebuilt from roofline up, new garage door, siding, shutters, cupola, soffits/facia/gutters, cedar posts on porch, lighting in soffits above the garage door."

"This was the third job that I had hired TCH to do on my home. Another excellent job."

"Everything went great. The work was done quickly once we were on the schedule. Jon was very responsive to make sure that things were done to our satisfaction. I love the results -Great River was excellent to work with!"

"I received 3 calls, sent pics and Bill Baillie wanted to see the job to give me an accurate estimate. He listened to what I wanted done, had questions and great ideas. He was detailed oriented and cleaned after. I would use him again. Very happy with his work!"

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"They respond quickly to any questions I have! Very pleasant to deal with!!"

"Good workmanship by a very experienced, high end contractor. We were very pleased with the results of the master bath/closet update, and a number of other smaller projects. The contractor managed schedule within the original contract. Cost increases caused by our additions were transparent and well managed."

"Joe and his team did a fantastic job with our roof on our home and garage and did so on time and within our budget. Joe also completed some siding work that was in need of repair and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Joe to my family and friends for any exterior work that needs to be completed!"

"The project was professionally done. Richard was very prompt and was very easy to work with and have around."
