Excellent, they updated a number of outlets and a couple of switches after we did an update on our kitchen. The electrician worked carefully around the new tile work and carefully trimmed one corner to fit the new box. All came out very well and fair priced.

South Side Electric electricians are rock stars! We have used them a few times over the 23 years we have lived in our house. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and pleasant to work with. We have always had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone highly! Even with problems that I thought would be tough to figure out were no match for these guys. Totally satisfied and impressed.

Outstanding! The work took longer than originally planned for but that's because of some of the issues that came up. Luke did an outstanding job. I don't think that I've ever been happier with a contractor of any kind for any type of work.

Brad was very professional, very efficient, very friendly. Did a lot of work that needed to done. We already made an an appointment to have South Side come out again to work on another project. Prices very reasonable.

Half of the power in our house went out, it was just random.  I called them, they were very responsive and came out very quick. They told me what the price was going to be to come out and do it. They everything that needed done. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience  and I would use them again.

Went well. Required 2 trips second to more complicated than originally thought. Overall electrician was professional and appeared to be honest re: what our options were.

They were on time and reasonable and they solved the problem.

They did a good job because the guy that we got instead of them the first time did a horrible job. They just were professional. They came in and got it done. They stayed within their estimate. You see it in all their stuff. They are more expensive, but the other people are wretched. The quality of their service was good.

We live in a 90 year old home and nothing is repaired easily and they have always handled it well.

The service person, Brad, was very professional and knowledgeable.  I told him that my house was sold and I needed specific changes done to satisfy the new owners.  He checked every outlet in my entire home and made the necessary changes.  He found some loose wiring behind an old socket that affected more than one socket.  My house was built in 1950.  After he was finished, he mentioned that he had to return to change the outside outlet under the eave, as he didn't have a 'brown' one in his truck.  I was told that I didn't need to be home and he would just do it between jobs, as he had another appointment in the neighborhood.  After he left, I noticed a light out in my ceiling light that has two light bulbs.  When I went to change it, I noticed that a wire was disconnected from the base where the light bulb was screwed in.  Needless to say, I needed an electrician.  When Brad returned to replace the outside outlet, he looked at the ceiling light and indicated I needed to call it into the office and he needed to get a part for the light.  He was able to come back in the afternoon and fix the ceiling light and I am all ready for the closing.  Thank you Brad!

I had an appointment time between noon and 3 pm.  Called me at 10:30 because the morning jobs were quicker than they estimated, but I could not meet them earlier.  Arrived at 1:30 after giving me a call with a 1/2 hour notice.  The work was completed quickly, cleaned up, everything is great.  This is the third time we used them.

They are reliable. They've been around for years. They do good work. They know what they were doing. We're happy with them.
