"We appreciate your response Cameron. Also that is not all we came with and we did not bill for 8 hrs. We have a 4 hr minimum on emergency tree removal which was a large lead that was on your home. We had a grapple truck, bucket truck, additional support truck, 2 equipment trailers, 1 nifty lift sd 64, 2 ditch witch. Also we can't even unload are equipment in 20 minutes so that's not fair to say it took 20 minutes. Also take into consideration port to port to your project. We also sent you are rates before we did the project which had all of are rates with are minimums listed and we helped bill your insurance directly."
