Best drain pipe installers near Hastings, MN

"We had multiple small drain problems that had accumulated over the years and added up to an increasingly large problem. The technician showed us how he figured it out and what he recommended be done about the problems. He presented the cost up front and we agreed to have the work done. About the only thing that didn't go perfectly was that he needed an extra half hour above his estimate to finish the work. We were not charged for the time."

"Justin is working on my basement right now as I write this, doing an interior sump pump install. I searched the internet a lot before hiring him to see what was out there, even talked to the ever famous companies everyone seemed to recommend. I am a 29 year old, single female, that has owned the house for about 5 years. I honestly didn't know much about waterproofing or where to even begin when the basement had flooded for the 2nd time this past spring. I called Justin up after reading all GREAT reviews about him online and the work he does. When he got to our house, he took the time to show me everything they were going to do... he even removed the stairs to trench behind them without asking me to do it. He got behind the furnace and water heater without any problems where other companies were telling us it would be very difficult. He simply made everything easy from the start, and made you feel comfortable that he would take care of everything. I went with my gut from the first day meeting Justin and it has proven right! We aren't even a dash worried about having issues ever again. The crew does great work! Highly recommend."

"I want to give a huge shout-out to Derek Kragenbring from SafeBasements for his integrity and professionalism. We had persistent basement flooding, and two previous contractors convinced us to spend over $6,000 on a sump pump and humidifier. After the install, the flooding got worse, and they suggested tearing down our bathroom wall for more work. We called SafeBasements for a second opinion, and Derek quickly identified the real issue: our water softener was discharging water into a clogged drain. We didn't need a sump pump at all—just a simple plumbing fix! Thank you, Derek, for your honesty. You saved us from a massive headache and even more unnecessary expenses. We only wish we had called you sooner. If you need an honest, expert assessment, definitely reach out to Derek at SafeBasements!"

"We had a humidifier installed. They installed it quickly and professionally. The installer Jimmy was very helpful and even gave me a couple pointers in regards to installing a wifi thermostat. I've always had great experiences with Kath/Aquarius home services and will definitely use them again."

"Nick, Gunnar and Jack came over to do a partial basement interior drain and sump system install that I had been waiting on getting started for several years, and they made it look nice with minimal intervention to the area. It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. The reasonable pricing works for me :) -Sam"

"Plumber arrived on time, spent an hours diagnosing problem and solved it quickly."

"All went well but still cannot pin point the source of drain odor. I have had them out 3 times for this and still not resolved."

"Kyle was the first to respond shortly after I requested a quote from several service companies. I talked with him on the phone and explained the problem and he quoted me an approximate cost of $120. I made an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done. He ran a special cutter through the drain line that fed into the main drain under the floor. We then checked the drainage of the kitchen sink, which then drained with a vortex. The blockage was cleared. The charge was exactly what he had quoted, $120. I was happy to have hired Kyle for the job, rather than one of the large companies, after having read their unfavorable reviews, about how they quoted a price and then upon evaluating the job, changed the price. In many instances, they didn't fix the problem and either required a return visit at additional cost or the home owner had to hire someone else, like Kyle to do the job right. I was also happy to hire Kyle, because he is a small business owner and I would rather support a single man operation such as his. I would highly recommend Kyle because of his professionalism and ability to solve the problem. In the future if I need other drain cleaning, I will hire Kyle and will refer others to him. I was very happy with his service and price."
