He had to come up with a way to have the water heater raised as it sits on a drain pad and the flat surface of the heater bottom would have closed off the drain. The old heater has legs. He used PVC pipe pieces to elevate this new heater. He replaced the gas shutoff valve and the water shutoff valve. The old ones were over 36 years old."

It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over!
