Once before there was an issue with the gutters not being totally cleaned, but they were fantastic and came out to rectify the problem. He explained what he was doing and what he found in a very efficient and easily understood way. He was very respectful and did a great job keeping everything clean. I would Highly Recommend Albert and Able Chimney. The receptionist Kristin does a wonderful job as well. I am thankful that we had this service done by Alert with Able as we learned our fireplace needs a new liner in order to be use, otherwise if we had used our fireplace we would have had a house fire.
