"When we got hit with the hail storm last summer on the east side of St Paul, we received damage to our roof, gutters, etc. The insurance company sent an adjuster that approved about 25 percent of the damage. Add to this most roofing companies were very busy and weren’t really interested in a small roof like ours. We contacted Capitol Siding and Windows and they were instrumental in us getting what we should have received in the first place. They came out and inspected everything, took a lot of pictures and helped us contact the insurance company to meet an adjuster and straighten out our claim. The claim was fully approved, and our new roof looks great! Capitol Siding and Windows is a local family owned business that still puts customer’s needs first, and I highly recommend them for any exterior work on your house. "Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"

"These are efficient, knowledgeable professionals who get the job done. They communicate well, know the product, (James Hardie Siding) and the windows were terrific. More importantly we had a hard deadline of a wedding and it was during Covid so there was no room for error. In part that was our poor planning that they worked with so even more props to them. We enjoyed both work crews, the windows were a separate crew from the siding folks. They were professional especially when it came to making the place look neat every day. Let's face it, this was a construction project that took about a week. They left the place looking tidy daily. The crew was friendly and even enjoyed the dog being around. Not under foot mind you when it came to working, but as you see in one photo the dog was around and they were cool with it. I'm not going to list price because prices in general fluctuate depending on materials and time of year but I will say this about price. This was a significant project that involved a major decision about the look and resale of the house so we did not go with the lowest bidder, what was important to us was the company we chose knew the products they were installing and they listened to what was important to us. For those reasons we were very comfortable placing our home improvement investment in the hands of Twin Cities Siding Professionals"
