"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. "Best repair experience I've had with my old house in years! II had a basement window that would not close because it had grown too big to fit into the frame due to moisture problems. I thought I would need to replace it and was worried whether they even sold these type windows anymore. Ben very cleverly decided he could take the window out and shave wood off the bottom and replace it - that idea worked perfectly! Problem solved by a person who obviously knows what he's doing. I'm going to use him for other projects I've been concerned about getting done. I'm so glad I found him on Angi."

"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."
