"In May of this year we had Great Lakes Home Renovations replace the aging shower stall in our upstairs bathroom. Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean."

"We had a Great experience with Unity Bath and Shower! We had our old fiberglass tub/shower removed and replaced with a beautiful shower with a sliding door. Jerrod was great to work with, he made sure all of our wants were taken care of and made it work within our budget. The price for the project was less than 2 other bids we got and the product is way better. THANKS AGAIN UNITY!"

"Great company and would use it again for our next big project. Had a shower replacement and a few other minor things done? Roughly about $7,500. Started promptly and got the project done in a reasonable timeframe!"

"Thank you to Trident for the beautiful new bathroom. I had a walk in shower put in to replace the old bathtub. The process was so smooth and easy. Big thanks to Dave and everyone that helped make my experience great. I would highly recommend Trident if you're looking to upgrade your bathroom."

"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"

"I recently hired Star Bath Systems for a complete bathroom remodel, and I could not be more pleased! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and committed to ensuring everything was done above and beyond what we asked. What really stood out was their expertise in ADA modifications. I needed the remodel to be fully accessible, and they exceeded my expectations. They installed a walk-in shower with grab bars, a comfort-height toilet, a lowered vanity, and everything needed to make my mother feel comfortable. The modifications were seamless and integrated perfectly with the overall design, so the bathroom feels both functional and stylish. The quality of the materials used was top-notch, and you can tell, they definitely do not cut corners. Every tile, fixture, and finish was carefully chosen and installed just right. I was also impressed by their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the worksite there was minimal disruption to my daily routine during the project. Customer service was another highlight, and this is the biggest one for me! They kept me updated throughout the process, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. They were patient with my requests and truly listened to my vision, helping me make informed decisions along the way. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The bathroom is not only accessible but also a beautiful, functional space that perfectly suits my and my family needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, customer-focused bathroom remodeling."

"They were amazing and stayed later just to stay on track. They asked questions on where we wanted shelves and the niche to make sure it was done the way we wanted. The shower looks amazing and can't wait to enjoy for many years to come."

"The entire remodel was a great experience. Our home is over 30 years old and when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s the bathroom was no longer sufficient. The team came in and assessed my husband’s needs and tore out the old bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Raised the toilet and placed hand bars. They were in and out, the installers were respectful and clean."

"Mad City Windows and Baths have replaced two windows for us as well as replaced our bathtub shower unit in our guest bath. In all cases the jobs went great from sales visits to installation. Everything was timely, professional, and clean. We would gladly use this team again!"
