The work was done in two days; at multiple points the installer would ask me to come in and look, so he could explain to me what he was doing. The workers were very efficient and polite in answering my questions, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company -- I couldn't be happier with my new shower!"

True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. The first one was StarBath and it was "Ryan". He came over, listened to us, answered our questions, and gave valuable direction and advice that made a lot of sense. He spent over an hour with us. Very knowledgable. The 2nd and 3rd were not very professional. One told us that what we wanted was impossible and we would have to make it "realistic". The other one never provided a proposal, as promised. The last one showed up, seemed rushed, and was very impersonal. We had to repeat ourselves a few times. He said he would beat anyone, which he did, but we opted to go with Ryan due to his professionalism, customer service, and knowledge.
